Cancel an order

We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. In the event that you wish to cancel this order, the cancellation must take place within 1 hour from the time the order was placed. We are unable to cancel your order after this time period because your order is already in the fulfillment process. Please fax us right away at 1-877-552-2244 or email us at cancel@ritzinteractive.com. Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed. If your order has already been shipped, simply refuse the order upon delivery.

No Tax

You never pay sales tax! We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations and in those states we pay ALL sales taxes (California, Georgia, Kansas and Maryland). For customers in these states, our price includes all applicable taxes. To satisfy Maryland consumer reporting rules, we will show sales tax and an amount equal to the sales tax will be discounted from our regular low price. The order total will be the same as our regular low prices without tax.

If you order items with different shipping availability dates - for example, an in-stock item along with a back ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's available. If the original order was placed using Next Day or 2-Day delivery options, the back ordered items will be shipped using FedEx Ground service at no additional cost to you.

Exchange/Return Policy

EXCHANGES:
To exchange the item please follow the instructions on your packing slip.

EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
Exchanged/returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.

Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including information booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, etc. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.

Credit and Debit Cards:
We do not charge your card until your order is shipped.

When you place an online order, we authorize your credit/debit card to make sure sufficient funds are available. The financial institution places a hold on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. This hold will also apply to any items backordered until items come into stock and are shipped.

If your order is canceled, the financial institution that issued your card determines the time required to remove the authorization. The authorization will automatically expire based on the type of card used for payment. The following is the estimated period of time from the point of authorization to automatic expiration of the authorization for common methods of payment.
